How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

i have to appologize.... for not uploading much over the past few days. i have been busy.. creating textures and backgrounds.. but i have also been busy on my various art accounts, uploading art and now i did it again.... i used up too much traffic on my satellite connection. now, the volume has been cut-down again to such an extent, that i can hardly upload anything ...

(( this is VERY annoying.. but unfortunately there is nothing much i can do about it.

in a few days though the new month will start on my account and then traffic will be back to normal and i can upload all my stuff again.

aug, I know that feeling. Every so often ill go over my limit and my speed drops from 1500k down to .. well it says 256k but 10 minutes to upload one image.. is just insane.

well it is usually at the end of the month - i.e. accounting month - that i end up with too much traffic. so usually i am slowed down for something like 3-7 days...... which drives me nuts.

over a week?? oh ........ my sympathies LOL...

but what to do.. it is the best alternative i have here. or the only one.. we have no landlines here for phones so it is either by satellite.. or by mobile phone... which is terribly slow and very expensive. thanks to the satellite i do have a kind of flatrate.. and for the normal user the traffic allowed is more than enough.. it is uploading all of my art to the various sites that causes this enormous traffic LOL.. oh.. and phoning of course.. skype etc....... oh well..... better this, than nothing

Mine gets set on the 22nd, because it goes monthly from the day you joined.

Hmm no landlines would be a problem, but then i have mine thru a landline and its not much better. Aus isnt too good for isp's, theres only a handful to pick from and they all impose limits of some sort or another. Im pretty happy with the deal I have now, but damn it gets chewwed up pretty fast
